Shipping Services

We can assist you with reviewing, pre clearing, notarising and registering ship mortgages, bills of sale, declaration of ownership and appointment of authorised officer, at various ship registries.

We can attend your offices for having the bills of exchange, mortgages, discharge of mortgages and/or transfer of mortgages executed before the notary and we can liaise with the relevant ship registry in respect to the pre clearance and registration of the same.

The Bahamas Maritime Authority and the Panamanian one are the ones most commonly used but we can, of course, advise and assist with other ship registries as well.
