Darrin Shaya

Consultant

    Darrin Shaya is a consultant to Notable Services. He is both a Chartered Patent Attorney and a Registered Trade Mark Attorney in the UK. In addition he is a European Patent Attorney and a European Trade Mark Attorney.
Darrin is a Patent Attorney Litigator in the UK, giving him higher rights of audience to conduct Patent litigation in addition to his rights to conduct Intellectual Property litigation in the Patents County Court.
Darrin has a first degree in Physics and an LLM degree in IP litigation from Nottingham Law School.
He is able to assist Notable Services with all IP-related matters including Patents, Trade Marks, Designs, Copyright and Confidential Information.
