Notarial Services
We arrange for corporate documents to be certified by our lawyers and notaries public who have the authority to witness and attest to certain documents (such as deeds, agreements, power of attorney), and so make them official and legal in most countries of the world. Their signatures and official seals are the evidence to the authenticity of writings, which make documents recognised internationally.
We can assist you with further legalisation, whether by way of apostille, Consular Legalisation, or a combination of Legalisation at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and further stamping at the relevant consulate.
The Consular legalisation is required only when the documents are going to be used in the country which has not signed the Hague Convention of 5th October 1961. For those countries which have signed the Hague Convention the only form of legalisation required is the apostille.
When you may require our services:
- To authorise documents and information that will be used in foreign countries;
- To legalise certain corporate documents;
- To translate documents for use abroad;
- If you deal with business overseas;
Our multilingual team are able to translate any legal document from the following languages: English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, German and Chinese.
We can arrange for the following documents to be drafted, notarised directly in the above-said languages and legalised for you:

- Provision of certified copies;
- Verifying translations from foreign languages to English and vice versa;
