Francesco Meduri / Solicitor
Francesco Meduri practiced commercial and corporate law working as an associate lawyer with a boutique law firm in Italy and as a legal counsel for the Italian Agency for Enterprise and Inward Investment Development. He also gained many years of experience as a director of legal services for a large corporate consulting group based in London. He moved to London in 2003, where he obtained a first class LL.M in International and Business Law and gained experience in a City based practice. He was admitted to the Bar in Italy in 2002 and is also a member of the Roll of Solicitor of England and Wales and STEP member.
Sharon Stone / Solicitor
Sharon is a specialist corporate/commercial, banking and corporate recovery consultant solicitor with many years experience in the following areas, gained with leading City and Regional law firms: sales and purchases of companies and businesses; management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions; corporate finance and banking, joint ventures, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and shareholder Disputes, corporate recovery and insolvency. Sharon also sits on the Panel of Advisers for the Institute of Directors, advising on insolvency and commercial matters.
Cristina Ciserani / Solicitor
Cristina is an Italian qualified lawyer ("Avvocato") admitted to the Bar in Milan in 2003 and qualified also as a solicitor in England and Wales at the College of Law, London in 2008.
She gained a broad experience in Italian private practices with multinational corporate customer base. Throughout her career she has been involved in civil, commercial and employment litigation and dealt with a wide range of legal duties: drafting legal opinions and commercial agreements, extra-judiciary settlements, analysis and implementation of defensive strategies.
Martin Landman / Chartered Accountant
Martin originates from South Africa where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He then moved to London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and became a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants – England and Wales. He immediately joined Levy Gee a reputable London partnership (which ranked in the top 25) becoming a partner to develop their international tax division. Martin is Chairman of the InTrust Group and has over twenty year’s experience in international tax planning. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, (I.T.P.A) Offshore Institute, International Fiscal Association (IFA), STEP (Society of tax and estate practitioners) and Centre for Legal Studies. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organisation.He struggles with Hebrew and Italian.
Steven Slom / International Lawyer
Steven originates from Johannesburg, South Africa and graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in 1986 with the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws. He also holds a diploma in International Tax Law from the Robert Kennedy University in Zurich.
After qualifying in 1986, Steven practised commercial and corporate law in Johannesburg and then relocated to Israel in 1994. In 1989, he was admitted as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of South Africa; as a member of the Israel Bar in 1995 and is also registered to practice in the United Kingdom.
Steven specialises in international commercial and corporate law and, in particular international tax, intellectual property and project finance.
He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
